We reserve the right to refuse or stop service to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or displays inappropriate behavior.
Please inform your nail technician of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or diabetes before your service begins.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds; however, we will gladly address any concerns and do our best to correct eligible service issues within 5 days.
Prices may vary depending on nail length, shape, and design complexity. Please confirm pricing before services begin.
Kindly provide advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Please let your technician know if you are unsure about the service you would like, and we will be happy to assist you.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify the salon manager before leaving so we may address your concerns immediately.
